A table built
in front of your guests.
A grazing table is the board idea at the scale of a room — laid out on site, on the day, for as many people as you have. We price each one when we know what it is.
What we build
- Grazing tables — built on site, any length, from a dinner party to a wedding.
- Long boards — a single board down the middle of a table, sized to the table rather than to a menu.
- Corporate evenings — client events and office parties anywhere in the Valley.
- Custom boards — any size or shape, built around a region, a colour or a menu.
Why there is no price on this page
There is no honest number to put here. An event is quoted on its size, what goes on it, how many people it has to feed and where it is going — the same four things that decide the work. Tell us that much and we come back with a price and a date, usually within a day.
If it helps to anchor: the largest standard board, La Popo, serves ten to sixteen from $292. A table is built from that arithmetic rather than a different one.
How the day works
We arrive, build the table where it is going to be eaten, and hand it over. Everything is made the morning of the event and travels cold; a board carrying dairy and cured meat is a perishable cottage food product, and Arizona law requires it to be transported once, for no more than two hours, and handed over in person by the people who made it. That is why we come to you rather than sending it, and why the Valley is as far as we go.
Dates
At least two days for anything small, and as much notice as you can give for anything with a date that cannot move. Weddings and holiday weeks book out first. If the date is tight, ask anyway — sometimes the answer is yes.
Tell us about it
Roughly how many people, roughly when, and where. Use the enquiry form, or email contact@trovatosaz.com. Every board and table carries its allergen information; the full statement is on the terms page.
