How it works

1. Send the list. A spreadsheet is ideal — name, company, street, city, ZIP, how many, and a gift note if each one is different. Whatever shape it is in, we can read it; we do not need you to reformat anything.
2. We quote it. One document covering every recipient, with what each of them gets. If the list is long we plan the driving first, so the delivery line is what the run actually costs rather than a guess.
3. You approve one number. The quote holds until the date on it.
4. We build and deliver. Boards are made the morning they go out and travel cold. Each one is handed to a person at its own address.

Not everyone has to get the same thing

A list can mix boards and sizes — a La Popo for the office that is having the party and a La Nanie for everyone else — and it can carry things that are not boards at all: a jar of the peperoncino, a bottle, a keepsake wooden board, a hamper. Each recipient is assigned what they receive, and each can carry their own gift note.

Where we can deliver, and why it stops there

Arizona only, and in practice the Phoenix valley. That is not a preference. A board carrying dairy and cured meat is a perishable cottage food product, and Arizona law requires it to be sold by the preparer, handed to the recipient in person, and transported once for no more than two hours — never by courier and never through a delivery app. A large list is therefore split into several runs rather than one long one, which is also why we plan the driving before we price it.

Somebody has to be there to take it. We cannot leave a chilled board at an unattended reception desk, and a board left in an Arizona afternoon is not one we can replace.

Lead time

At least two days for a small order, because the cured meats are sourced for it. For a list of any size, more — tell us the date you need them to land and we will tell you honestly whether it is on.

What it costs

Boards start at $90, $167 and $292 for the three standard sizes; anything custom is priced on what is on it, by weight. Delivery is quoted from the actual route. There is no per-recipient handling fee and no minimum order — a list of six is as welcome as a list of sixty.

Every board carries the allergen information and the Arizona cottage food disclosure with it, and we can print those as a page of the quote for your procurement file.
