La Nanie,
the one who kept the table full.

What is on it

The curated La Nanie carries 8 things. Swap any of them, or start from nothing and build your own — the price follows the weight either way.

  • Soppressata
  • Capocollo
  • Caciocavallo Silano
  • Pecorino
  • Calabrian olives
  • Figs from Cosenza
  • Butirro
  • Toasted rustic bread

The board itself

14.2 × 10.2 in of olive wood, serving 2–4 people. At least 70% of what is on it, by weight, is cured meat and cheese — that is the standard every board is built to, not a marketing line. A manifesto card travels with it explaining the region it is built on.

From $90. That is the curated board above; a board you design yourself is priced on what you put on it, by weight, using the same numbers. Build one in 3D and the price moves as you place things.

Ordering one

Ordering starts a conversation rather than a checkout — nothing is charged through this website. Tell us the date and whether you are collecting or want it delivered, and we come back with a price and a confirmation.

Give us at least two days. The cured meats are sourced for your board, so the order form will not take an earlier date. Pickup is in Scottsdale; delivery is by hand, by us, across the Phoenix area.

Allergens

Every board on the menu contains milk and wheat, and the cured meats are pork. Boards with the Bagnara torrone contain tree nuts. It is one home kitchen and it handles all of them, so nothing that comes out of it can be described as free of any of them. The full allergen statement is on the terms page.
